MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Membership Terms and Conditions (“Membership Terms”) govern your purchase of and participation in any membership program offered by The Dark Horse Project LLC (“DHP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to Supporting Memberships, Dark Horse Network subscriptions, and DHP Group Memberships (collectively, “Standard Memberships”).
These Membership Terms are incorporated by reference into our Website Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between these Membership Terms and the Website Terms of Use, these Membership Terms will control with respect to the applicable Standard Membership.
Founding Memberships or other custom, legacy, or invitation-only membership arrangements may be governed by a separate written agreement executed between the Member and DHP (“Founder Agreement”). In the event of a conflict between these Membership Terms and a Founder Agreement, the Founder Agreement shall control.
1. Eligibility
Memberships are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By purchasing a Membership, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits vary by tier and may include access to digital content, community spaces, networking events, workshops, live sessions, educational materials, or other offerings.
DHP reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue specific membership benefits at any time, provided that such changes are consistent with the overall nature of the Membership offering.
3. Membership Fees and Billing
Membership fees are disclosed at the time of purchase.
Recurring Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) unless canceled prior to renewal.
By enrolling in a recurring Membership, you authorize DHP to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and current.
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your Membership until payment is successfully processed.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time by:
Logging into your account and managing your subscription; or
Contact us at support@dhpcolab.com
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Refund Policy
DHP offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new Membership purchases.
If you are not satisfied with your Membership, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase date by contacting support@dhpcoplab.com.
Refund requests submitted within the 30-day period will result in cancellation of your Membership and a full refund of the initial payment.
The 30-day refund policy applies only to the initial Membership purchase and does not apply to renewal payments unless otherwise required by applicable law.
After the 30-day period has expired, Membership fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, access to all Membership benefits, content, and community areas will be revoked immediately.
DHP reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or material violation of these Terms.
6. Community Participation
All Members agree to abide by the Dark Horse Network Community Guidelines.
DHP reserves the right to suspend or terminate Membership access if a Member violates the Community Guidelines, engages in unlawful activity, or compromises the integrity of the community.
Termination for violation of these terms may occur without refund.
7. No Guarantees
Membership participation may include access to educational, business, leadership, wellness, or performance-related content.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, business success, personal transformation, or performance improvements.
Results depend on individual effort, experience, commitment, and external circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Memberships, including but not limited to digital materials, videos, training resources, frameworks, documents, and community materials, remains the property of The Dark Horse Project LLC unless otherwise stated.
Membership grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share login credentials, or commercially exploit Membership content without written permission.
9. Events and Live Sessions
Certain Membership tiers may include access to live events, workshops, or networking sessions.
Event dates, formats, and availability are subject to change.
DHP is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events.
10. Termination by DHP
DHP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Membership at its sole discretion if:
These Membership Terms are violated
The Terms of Use are violated
Payment obligations are not fulfilled
Conduct harms the community or DHP’s operations
Upon termination, access to Membership benefits will cease immediately.
11. Modification of Terms
We may update these Membership Terms from time to time. Continued participation in a Membership after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from Membership participation shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions contained in our Terms of Use.
